Farm Festivals 2008

The Pomeroy Living History Farm holds three festivals annually: the Herb Festival, the Quilt Festival, and the Pumpkin Festival. The Herb Festival is held the third full weekend in May, the Quilt Festival is the first full weekend in August, and the Pumpkin Festival is held the first full weekend in October. For 2007, the information is as follows:

Herb Festival: May 17th & 18th. Admission is free, donations accepted. Sat. 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Sun. 1-5 p.m.

13th Annual Quilt Festival: August 2nd and 3rd. Admission is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 ages 2-11. Sat. 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Sun. 1-5 p.m.

• Farm Cafe
• Hundreds of quilts on display throughout the Farm 

 

Pumpkin Festival: Oct. 4th & 5th. Sat. 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Sun. 1-5 p.m. Admission is free, donations accepted.

• Free admission: Fees for hayrides, pumpkins, and some activities
• Hayrides down Pumpkin Lane with stops at the Pumpkin Patch
• Scarecrow-making
• Hay bale maze
• Children's Games
• Vendors
• Farm Cafe
• Entertainment
